Our Story
A place where goals are achieved.
Day Solutions Inc. is an independently owned and operated day habilitation program for adults with both intellectual and developmental disabilities located in Jefferson City and Fulton, Missouri. Our mission is to provide a safe and stimulating day program where adults with disabilities can learn, grow, develop relationships with their peers, and actively participate in their community. We strive to meet the unique social, emotional, and educational needs of individuals with a wide range of disabilities. We are credentialed by the Missouri Department of Mental Health and are a HIPAA-compliant facility. Day Solutions opened on April 1st, 2015, with one client and three staff members. As the word of our existence spread, so did the number of clients coming through our doors. As of 2025, we have three locations and are currently accepting new clients.

Day Solutions provides services to clients from Jefferson City and the surrounding area, including: Cole, Miller, Osage, Moniteau, Audrain, Boone, and Callaway counties. At Day Solutions, we understand that when a child with a disability grows up, the need for services does not disappear. Our goal is to continue to help those in need reach their goals and fully integrate into their community. We do this by providing a structured program that targets social activities and customized learning at each individual client’s level. To achieve personal goals, we use a variety of individualized activities designed to meet the client at their personal academic, social, fine motor and cognitive level. The activities and tasks are addressed daily and slowly advanced as the client makes progress. Our unique programming creates an environment that fosters the skills necessary to promote independence, develop and maintain appropriate and successful peer relationships, and become a vital member of the community.
