Employment Training

Day Solutions offers a variety of on site and off site job training skills. At the facility, clients work on individualized goals to help them meet and achieve the skills necessary to work toward employment in their desired fields. Once they have mastered those skills, Day Solutions provides one on one off campus assistance in seeking, obtaining and maintaining employment. Contrary to traditional employment services, Day Solutions can provide supported employment for as long as each client requires based on their individual needs.

Volunteer Opportunities

Day Solutions clients who are working on employment related skills have the opportunity to practice those skills, if they so chose, by volunteering their time at one or more of our non-profit partners. Our partners, which include: Fresh Start Market, Buddy Packs, Jefferson City Animal Shelter, Grace Episcopal, Union Hill Food Pantry, Meals 4 You, and First Presbyterian Preschool have opened their doors to us to allow our clients to put their newly learned skills to the test in real world settings. Additionally, Day Solutions is a Certifying Organization for the Presidents Volunteer Service Award and as such, recognizes clients for their outstanding volunteer service to our community.
